Mission & Goal
I will be a researcher particularly in the Artificial Intelligence. I am very interested in the mechanisms of intelligence that are involved in machines as well as living systems and the relationship between biology and artificial intelligence is something I would like to look into. I want to dedicate my time to the concepts that may truly change the life of people, be it healthcare innovation, smarter, or technologies that make the world a more efficient and meaningful place to live. It is one of my primary ambitions to be published in Q1 and Q2 journals and other reputable sources. Personally, research does not only involve publication of papers. It is of leaving something new to the world. My work should be valuable, able to solve real problems, and have good quality and impact. I would like to develop a career that would allow me to implement a combination of discipline, creativity, and profound thinking to expand the borders of technology and contribute to the creation of the future in a responsible way.
Biography
My name is Md. Monzurul Islam Rakib. I think that discipline, curiosity and life long learning are some of the reasons behind growth. I am well versed with the English language and it enables me to articulate ideas clearly and confidently particularly in academic and professional circles.
I am well versed in programming languages such as HTML, CSS and C and I am always learning more. I am truly a technology enthusiast. I like to learn the functioning principle of systems and how they can be better. I also love research especially since it enables me to get deeper into thinking as opposed to merely remaining on the surface.
Beyond academics, my other activities include reading books, psychological horror movies and exercising. Reading enhances my process of thinking. The psychological horror movies are interesting to me as they touch on psychology and emotion. Everyday workouts keep me disciplined and energetic.
Some leadership experiences hugely influenced my personality and continues to do so. I volunteered as a Campus Ambassador in Grow Your Reader Foundation where I marketed reading and learning programs helping underprivileged children get free education. I had worked as a General volunteer with Volunteer for Bangladesh in Chittagong Division, which is involved in community-based activities. I also serve as the Class Representative of my batch where the role I play is that of a facilitator between students and faculty.
These experiences helped me to learn responsibility, communication and the way of representing other people honestly. In my opinion, leadership involves service and not control.
Deep in my heart, I am a person who wishes to become better, do something and make my presence felt through knowledge and diligence.
