Refund Policy

At NURO, we aim to provide high-quality research education. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Digital Product Policy

All NURO courses and webinars are digital products. Once access is granted, the content becomes immediately available.

Because of this, refunds are limited and subject to the conditions below.


2. Eligibility for Refund

You may request a refund within 3 days of purchase only if:

  • You have not completed more than 20% of the course, and

  • You provide a valid reason for the refund request.

Refund requests must be sent to: info@nurobd.com


3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be issued if:

  • More than 3 days have passed since purchase

  • More than 20% of the course has been completed

  • The purchase was made during special promotions or discounts

  • You change your mind after significant course access


4. Live Webinar Refunds

Refunds for live webinars are available only if:

  • The request is made at least 24 hours before the webinar, or

  • NURO cancels the webinar.

If NURO cancels a webinar, you may choose:

  • A full refund, or

  • Transfer to another session.


5. Technical Issues

If you experience technical problems preventing access, our support team will work to resolve the issue. Refunds will only be considered if the issue cannot be resolved.


6. Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days using the original payment method.
